How do we reduce waste?
We use minimal packaging on our Veg and biodegradable where we can.
We use refillable containers for Pantry, Containers are sanitised by Weekl.ie.
We take back bottles for our Kombucha and Juice as the suppliers will use them again.
What happens if I have an issue with a product?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at Weekl.ie. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of a product, just let us know within 3 days what the issue is and we will refund or replace as soon as possible. At Weekl.ie, we're a no-quibble satisfaction guarantee policy kinda bunch! Please email email@example.com if you've any issues with a product.
What do I do with the empty boxes?
Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, please dispose of them responsibly.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for Essential Subscribers is €25, while the minimum order quantity for Regular orders at Weekl.ie is €50.
What cards are you accepting on Weekl.ie?
You can pay for your bill using Laser, Visa Debit and Credit cards. All payments on our site are safe and secure to the highest standard.
Will you substitute a product?
Yes, if for any reason we don’t have the item you selected, we will always do our best to substitute the with great alternatives.
What measure do you have in place for Covid 19?
We are strictly adhering to social distancing practices with our operations and our deliveries. As a result, our delivery team are completely contactless. We’re happy to leave your order in a safe place, determined by you. We leave the box on your doorstep, then call or text you to let you know.
